Without a full board the chapter cannot function. Current board members are no longer able to fill the gap due to professional demands on thier time.
Please contact us if you are interested in a board position. We will be glad to mentor new board members in the duties of each position.
About the program The Association of Women in Computing has offered stimulating and thought provoking topics on soft skills, hot software skills, disaster recovery and the strategy of linking business to IT; presented by industry experts.
It is up to our members and potential members to decide if AWC-TC will continue. Thanks for the opportunity to experience board membership.

Early Bird Information: Reservations must be received before 5PM the Thursday before the meeting to be eligible for early bird prices.
Cancellation Note: Attendees canceling within 48 hours of a meeting will be responsible for the price of meal and will be billed to cover the cost to the organization.

.Periodically Volunteer opportunities arise for AWCTC members to lend their professional knowledge to working with the Girl Scouts. Past sessions have included two levels of instruction on web page design with curriculum designed by one of our members. These classes give girls exposure to career paths in technology and hands-on confidence building experiences.
Scholarship Award
The Twin Cities chapter of the Association for Women in Computing (AWC), awards one or more scholarships to outstanding students pursuing an undergraduate degree in a computer-related filed. The actual number of scholarships and the amount(s) depend on fundraising activities held throughout the year and donations to the scholarship fund.
