MEETING RSVP

Registration or cancellations for the April 18th meeting must be received before 5PM on Thursday preceding the event. If you need to cancel, please email AWC at: membership@awctc.org.

Payment must be received before the start of each meeting. You may either mail in payment to AWC or pay the day of the meeting. Please make checks out to AWCTC.

Vegetarian Meal If you desire a vegetarian entree instead of the designated meal, please indicate that in the comment section.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received four days preceding the AWC/TC meeting date or program event. Failure to cancel prior to this date, or cancellations received after this time, will result in a billing for the registration price of the program meeting, except for the December Meeting which has no fee.
